In January 1999, Dr. Scotty Bolding, Dr. Steven Skoch and Dr. Frank Grammer merged their highly reputable practices to form Maxillofacial Surgery Center, renamed Oral & Facial Surgery Center in 2006. The vision of these outstanding surgeons set this full scope practice apart from others and offers more than seventy-five years combined experience in oral and facial surgery to patients and referring dental offices. Each facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), further demonstrating the commitment to patient care.

Dr. Skoch and Dr. Grammer continue to practice in the Fayetteville surgery center and provide general oral surgery services and excellent patient care. The Springdale facility with Dr. Bolding and Dr. Sharma includes a complete surgical suite with an extended stay room and offers patients who are having more extensive surgeries a private, home-like setting with one-on-one care – a wonderful alternative to the traditional hospital stay.
