Scheduling an appointment at the Maxillofacial Surgery Center is easy. Most patients are referred to us by their dentist or physician. However, you can also schedule your own appointment without a referral.
Appointments can be made with our doctors by calling the facility most convenient for you.

Our surgery center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, one of our staff doctors and nursing staff are on call for emergency and facial trauma 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.
