For your convenience, we accept cash, check, credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express) and dental credit cards. Subject to credit approval, we also offer MaxSurg Credit and will gladly arrange a surgery pre-payment plan.

Dental / Medical Insurance

As a courtesy to you, our knowledgeable insurance staff will gladly answer your insurance questions and file medical and dental claims. Because your insurance is a contract between your employer and your dental or medical insurance company, benefits received are based on the terms and limitations of the contract negotiated between them. We will file a claim form with eligible insurance carriers in order to achieve reimbursement for you, but please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We encourage you to read and understand your insurance policy and know the coverage or limitations your personal medical or dental insurance policies may have.
